Who we are
Alamir Ingredients, part of Al Amir Group, manufactures tomato and fruit ingredients in Sadat City, Menoufia, Egypt. This notice covers the personal data we handle through this website. We are the controller of that data.
What we collect
We collect only what a business enquiry needs:
- Contact details you give us — name, company, work email, telephone and country.
- Enquiry content — the products, volumes and specifications you describe.
- Application data — your CV and the details in the job application form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, through analytics cookies, and only where you have accepted them.
Why we hold it
Enquiry and application data is used to answer you, to quote, to ship samples and to assess candidates. Analytics data is used in aggregate to see which pages buyers actually use. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for a defined period afterwards for audit purposes. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for a limited period in case a matching role opens, and are deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where you have given consent — for cookies or for marketing — you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done beforehand.
Security and transfers
Data is held on access-controlled systems and shared internally only with the people who need it to answer you. Because we export to more than sixty countries, enquiry data may be handled by colleagues or agents outside Egypt, under the same obligations set out in this notice.
