Product descriptions, Brix ranges, packaging formats and capacity figures are published in good faith as a guide for evaluation. They are not an offer, and they do not form part of any contract unless they are repeated in a signed sales contract or an agreed specification sheet.

Certification status is published as it stands at the date shown on the quality page. Certifications described as planned or in progress have not yet been awarded, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, video, logos and the Alamir Ingredients and Al Amir Group marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation of us as a supplier. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use needs our written permission.

Downloads

Technical data sheets, certificates and catalogues are provided for supplier evaluation. They may be superseded, so check the revision date on the document before relying on it, and ask us to confirm the current revision for a live specification.
