Maintenance Engineer, Aseptic Lines
Keep the aseptic line running through campaign, and keep it in specification when it is not.
About the role
You will own preventive and corrective maintenance on the aseptic processing and filling equipment, working alongside production to protect uptime during the season and to complete the overhaul programme out of it.
What you will do
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance on process and filling equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control faults on shift call-out
- Maintain the spare parts list and critical spares holding
- Support sterilisation integrity, valve and seal management on the aseptic envelope
- Record all interventions in the maintenance management system
What you bring
- Degree or higher diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering
- 4+ years maintaining process equipment in food, beverage or pharma
- Able to read P&ID, electrical schematics and equipment manuals
- Available for call-out during the production campaign
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Direct experience on CFT equipment
- PLC or SCADA fault-finding
- Steam, refrigeration or compressed-air systems
