Production Shift Supervisor
Run an aseptic production shift end to end, holding output, yield and food safety standards through the campaign.
About the role
You will lead one of the production shifts on our CFT aseptic line, taking ownership of output, yield, changeovers and food safety for your team. The role sits at the centre of the campaign: when the crop is running, your shift decides whether the plan is met.
What you will do
- Lead and schedule a shift team across intake, processing and aseptic filling
- Hold line output, yield and downtime against the daily plan
- Own CIP, changeover and start-up sequences to specification
- Escalate deviations and complete shift handover documentation
- Coach operators on safe working and food safety behaviours
What you bring
- Degree or technical diploma in food science, engineering or a related field
- 5+ years in food or beverage manufacturing, at least 2 supervising a team
- Working knowledge of HACCP and GMP in a processing environment
- Comfortable with rotating shifts through the production season
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience on aseptic or evaporation lines
- Exposure to CFT or comparable Italian process equipment
- Lean or continuous improvement training
